GRANBY RANCH

The top of the mountain Vista Ridge ceremony site with views stretching to the Continental Divide, will simply blow your guests away.  Not to mention that the chairlift ride to the top of this secluded aspen grove site certainly won’t disappoint by giving your guests a true Colorado mountain experience.  With two reception options, you can choose to host your reception in the Slope Side Great Room or place a stunning wedding tent on the Base Lawn.  We recommend a max capacity of 150 guests for the Great Room, but a tented reception can accommodate up to 150 on the base lawn. With great food and customer service,  our clients are always thrilled with their Granby Ranch wedding. For a wedding of 150-200 guests, we recommend our clients have an overall wedding budget of over $100,000.

WINTER PARK RESORT – LUNCH ROCK

Lunch Rock is the top of the mountain wedding venue of your dreams. This secluded venue, situated at 11, 200 feet atop Mary Jane Mountain, is perfect for the adventurous couple. Lunch Rock offers panoramic mountain views for both the ceremony and reception site. Your guests will enjoy a scenic gondola ride to the top of Winter Park, followed by a ceremony with with stunning views, and a modern industrial reception lodge for the reception. This venue is ideal for 130 – 150 guests and we recommend an overall wedding budget starting at $75,000.

GRAND LAKE LODGE

Grand Lake Lodge is the most iconic Grand County mountain wedding venue. A truly unique venue with unparalleled views of the crystal waters of Grand Lake from both the ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception venue.  With lodging on-site for guests, an amazing restaurant inside the historic 100 year old lodge, and just minutes away from the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, this venue allows you to create a full wedding weekend your guests won’t forget.  You are allowed to choose your own caterer and the bar is provided by Grand Lake Lodge. The venue is ideal for a guest count of no more than 150 guests. Our average couple has a budget of $85,000+ to create a stunning wedding in this one of a kind venue.

HEADWATERS CENTER

A gorgeous reclaimed Civil War-era timber barn set in downtown winter park, it is the perfect venue for the couple who wants a mountain wedding with convenience.  Ceremonies can be held on the lawn in front of the Fraser River, on the covered stage, or do your ceremony offsite.  Panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains from the cocktail hour terrace and open floor to ceiling barn doors, will give your guests the Instagram worthy photos they expect from a mountain wedding. Headwaters Center allows you to bring in your own vendors and caterer, so you can tailor your guest and food experience. This is the largest venue in Grand County and can accommodate 225 guests. It is also the most economical venue and our team typically works with couples who have a budget starting at $40,000 in this venue.

STRAWBERRY CREEK RANCH

This family owned and operated ranch boasts a ceremony site set in front of a gorgeous blue pond with stunning views of the mountain valley.  With cocktail hour on the deck of a 100 year old historic barn, dinner in the new, minimalist barn, and dancing under the stars, this venue allows you to create the chic, ranch mountain wedding of your dreams. This venue accommodates up to 200 guests and allows you to bring in your own full-service caterer and Peak Beverage supports the bar. Our team typically works with couples who have a starting wedding budget of $50,000 for this venue.

This stunning venue is sure to take your breath away.  Set in-between Vail and Leadville, the ceremony island (yep you read that right, an island), with a stunning mountain backdrop, creates a magical wedding.   A beautifully draped, white wedding tent already on property makes this the ideal venue if you are wanting a tented wedding.  With 3 cabins on site, fly fishing and UTV tours, it has it all.  The location close to Vail makes lodging for guests a breeze and the venue offers transportation services.
