We interrupt the start of this busy wedding season to bring you photos from a fun, creative nonprofit event. We had the pleasure of working with local Colorado nonprofit, Inside the Orchestra, on their Through the Looking Glass nonprofit fundraiser and cannot be more excited to be a part of this year’s event! Last year, when the executive director of Inside the Orchestra reached out 4 months before their annual fundraising event at Mile High Station to see if we could help pull together the event details and execute day of, we were thrilled. We always jump at the opportunity to assist nonprofits of all sizes execute meaningful and successful galas and fundraisers.
Inside the Orchestra brings music to children through immersive orchestra concerts, in-person school programming, and virtual programs. Their small staff of four and dedicated group of volunteers bring creativity and energy to every program and event they do, so we knew their first in-person fundraiser since 2019 was going to be a hit. We couldn’t have been more right. In addition to getting so many supporters together in-person, to have a night to reconnect and have fun, it turned out to be a record-breaking night of fundraising for Inside the Orchestra! Keep scrolling to see all the details from this creative, Mad Hatter themed nonprofit annual fundraising event. This isn’t your typically nonprofit gala! You won’t want to miss this year’s 1920’s speakeasy themed event as Inside the Orchestra is Roaring Back. You can purchase tickets here. We hope to see you there!
Inside the Orchestra wanted to create a fun, immersive event experience for their attendees. To do so they enlisted the help of the incredibly talented Circus Foundry team. Alice in Wonderland characters were weaved throughout every activity in the event. With an cat aerial performer, a stilted card leading attendees in playing corquet with flamingo mallets, the Queen of Hearts in the regal photo booth, a living wine pull wall with Mad Hatter magician, and catapillar creating poems, each character drew attendees into the event fun and mission of the organization.
An experienced, professional auctioneer is imperative to creating a successful live auction and live appeal, that not only raises money, but creates a fun experience for attendees. Halie Behr was integral in helping make this a record-breaking fundraising event!
Following the successful live auction and live appeal, guests were treated to a live performance by Inside the Orchestra performer Lionel Young and Circus Foundry performers.

TeNeil was very patient and communicative throughout the entire wedding planning process. I have no idea how she did it, but she was always there to help us through the entire process and [was] super responsive.
She is always on time (early even) and takes care of all of the vendor, caterer, and venue logistics and set-up. I'm never worried that something will go wrong, and that's thanks in large part to her work day-of. TeNeil is a pro.
